Do you use your own equipment and supplies?


Yes I do. My equipment are always in optimal running order and my supply case includes cleaners, disinfectants and polishers I know work well. Some products are designed for specific materials such as marble, granite, stainless steel and wood or for special jobs like cleaning a carpet stain. I try and use environmentally friendly solutions if they will do the job well.




How do you gain access to my home?


This is something we discuss during our initial In Home Consultation. We decuss what options we have, what you are comfortable with and what will work well for both of us.




What should I do with my pets?


I love animals and during our In Home Consultation you would introduce me to your pets. At this time we can determine if the animal is comfortable with me and be free to roam or designate a safe place for the pet to be while I clean and then let them free after I'm finished. If I clean on a regular schedule most likely your pet will become accustomed to my presence and we'll bond a bit.




Are you insured and bonded?


Yes. I am fully insured for liability and am bonded in the event something accidentally gets broken.




How do you set your rates?


Every home and cleaning need is different. Quotes are based on variables such as your home's square footage, number of occupants, number of pets and bathrooms, the last time it was deeply cleaned. I can give you a general estimated quote during our initial contact but I do require an initial free In Home Consultion where we discuss in detail your specific cleaning needs. It is at this time I can accurately estimate the completed cleaning cost.




Do you guarantee your work?


In the event you are unappy with the quality of the work or I forgot to do something I would be happy to return at no extra charge to remedy the situation. Feedback is importnt to me and I encourage all my clients to feel free to express any concern they may have with my work. I take great pride in the quality of everything I do and consider constructive criticism to be a valuable tool to be used toward doing what my client expects.

Payments may be made by cash or check and are due upon completion of the work. 

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel I would appreciate a contact with at least 24 hours advance notice of your scheduled cleaning session.
